Yes. A key binds to one machine at a time. Use Reset HWID from the bound device to unbind it, then sign in anywhere else. Self-service resets are limited to one per 24 hours.
Yes — the tweaks write to protected registry hives and manage Windows services, so JT requests elevation on launch. It will not run silently in the background afterwards.
No. JT only changes Windows settings. It does not touch game files, inject into processes or interact with anti-cheat in any way.
Windows 10 (build 1903 and newer) and Windows 11. Tweaks that don't apply to your build are detected and skipped automatically rather than failing.
